I hope you are all enjoying the first post-semester Monday.

I’m writing to follow up on our discussion last Wednesday about Spring 2024. Below is the email from Sharon about inputting your Teaching Availability. While the deadline is end of July, you might consider doing it now since it’s fresh and we haven’t gone into deep summer mode.

In addition, please send me your requests for “block offs”, and your reasons why. I need to submit these to Marisol to put into Course Atlas. We all have Wednesday mornings automatically blocked off by Marisol for meetings. I am also asking her to block off first period, since classes that are slotted for this time typically do not make.

Please send the blockoffs by end of this Friday May 19.
