The Arbitration Fairness Act, a.k.a. H.R. 1020, would make predispute arbitration agreements covering employment and consumer disputes unenforceable. Michael Fox points us to Public Citizen's Fair Arbitration Now (FAN) Coalition and Blog, and suggests that odds favor passage. Does anyone have any feel for the likelihood of passage?
