Professor Eileen Appelbaum will discuss a new study from the Center for Women and Work, "A Workable Balance: New Jersey Employers' Experiences Managing Employee Leaves and Turnover," which shows the benefits of paid family leave for employers and employees.
Rutgers University Professor Eileen Appelbaum is the Director for the Center for Women and Work (CWW) and has 20 years of experience carrying out empirical research on workplace practices and labor-management cooperation.
