I'm updating a fact sheet on sodium and want to do a fact check on the following sentence:
About 1/3 of the sodium in our diets is from salt we use in cooking or add at the table.
I can't find anything that confirms or changes this estimate. Do you have anything on this? Thanks and have a great long weekend.
