Hello, I've been doing seasonal cooking demonstrations and recipe-sharing for worksite wellness programs. Would be interested in your seasonal recipes (and at the moment, purslane, an edible weed).....anyone have more info on nutritional content/recipes of purslane? I have seen one source saying it is high in Omega-3 (as far as plants go)...and am interested in more info to confirm.
