I am enjoying looking at the videos you are all sharing!
I am looking for recommendations for cooking demonstration videos and/or recipes that would be ideal for low income elderly.
The conference (for senior citizens) at which I am presenting has a "Carnival" theme - I am trying to come up with something clever!
Thanks in advance!

We are seeking publically available, high quality culinary education videos that showcase fruit and vegetable cooking methods and knife skills.
