Hello Everyone
Can any of you recommend an effective nutrition education curriculum that is appropriate for a 6th grade audience in a school-based environment?
Thank you!

Hi, I just worked with a Hartford, CT K-8 school with a new resource we created - "The Fruit + Vegetable Activity Kit" - that is keyed to the Common Core Standards and provides lesson plans and activity sheets for hands-on activities to integrate nutrition thru into core subject areas. Many of the activities were suitable for 6th grade classes. You might find that helpful: http://foodplay.com/shop/the-fruit-vegetable-activity-kit/
Good luck, Barbara
